Each month, members receive an exceptional featured butter sourced from world-class producers — cultured, European-style, single-farm, grass-fed, sea-salted, and seasonal. Alongside it, you’ll get a custom transformed butter created by Michelle Webb, designed to unlock the flavor and versatility of that month’s selection. To bring it all together, you’ll receive a signature recipe built around these butters, plus one essential ingredient from that dish, giving you everything you need to turn remarkable butter into an unforgettable meal.

This membership is for home cooks and professionals alike who want to cook with intention, explore exceptional ingredients, and surround themselves with the small luxuries that make everyday meals feel elevated. It’s for people who love butter flights and sneak bites of butter straight from the knife (or spoon).

FEATURED BUTTER

A single exceptional butter (5–8 oz) sourced from a world-class producer — coastal European, Alpine, single-farm, grass-fed, or seasonal small-batch releases. The kind you won’t find on grocery shelves (well, maybe in France).

CRAFTED BUTTER

A craft version of the month’s butter — compound butter, sauce, glaze, or savory condiment (4 oz). Designed to reveal what great butter becomes with technique, seasoning, and heat.

SIGNATURE RECIPE

A detailed recipe built around the month’s butter — a risotto, braised dish, winter veg, a savory pie, or butter-poached something. Always comforting. Always doable.

MEMBERSHIP planS

Butter Club subscriptions are available via two fulfillment options and are available during the last week of every month. For shipping, subscriptions are processed as a recurring monthly membership; your card on file is automatically charged each month before shipment. For local pickup, choose a pre-paid 3-month or 6-month bundle. Butter boxes are collected in person at Wedgewood Cheese Bar.

Local pickup only. Billed upfront in 3-month installments. $270 per three months + tax.
